We aim to ensure our clients have a positive experience with Trevalion Edge. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be issued.
1. Services Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be issued only if:
- You purchased a program but did not receive access
- A technical issue prevented you from using the service and we were unable to resolve it
- A duplicate payment occurred
2. Services Not Eligible for Refund
We do not offer refunds for:
- Completed or partially completed training programs
- Digital plans already delivered
- Downloaded or accessed content
- Missed sessions or user-related issues
- Coaching sessions already held
- “Change of mind” after program activation
All digital goods are considered non-returnable once delivered.
3. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
You may cancel future renewals at any time.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
